Luis Aguila, PMP, PHR — Managing Director

Luis Aguila serves as Managing Director of Iron Drake Human Capital Group, where he advises organizations on building high-performing workforces and modernizing the systems that support them. With a career spanning human resources leadership, HR technology, and enterprise project management, Luis specializes in helping organizations align people strategy with operational execution.
He partners with business leaders to design scalable HR operations, implement HRIS and workforce systems, and strengthen talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and organizational effectiveness. His work focuses on transforming human resources into a strategic capability that drives growth, efficiency, and long-term business performance.
Luis holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR). He is also completing a Doctorate in Organizational Management, expected in 2026, with a focus on leadership and organizational strategy.
Known for combining strategic insight with disciplined execution, Luis brings a structured, data-driven approach to human capital consulting. Through Iron Drake Human Capital Group, he works with growing organizations to modernize HR infrastructure, optimize workforce strategy, and build resilient organizations prepared for the demands of a rapidly evolving business landscape.

With more than eight years of experience in software quality engineering, automation testing, and Agile project delivery, Ekaterina specializes in ensuring that technology platforms supporting HR, recruiting, and workforce systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with operational goals.
Her work focuses on bridging the gap between business processes and technical execution, helping organizations implement modern systems while maintaining quality, security, and performance.
Ekaterina brings extensive experience across enterprise software environments, including test automation frameworks, mobile and web application validation, API testing, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. She has supported complex software initiatives in industries ranging from financial technology to AI-powered health platforms, leading quality assurance strategies, system implementations, and cross-functional Agile teams.
Ekaterina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has completed advanced training in software testing, automation engineering, and Agile delivery frameworks. She is currently preparing for both the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certifications, further strengthening her expertise in technology program leadership and systems implementation.

With more than a decade of experience in talent operations and program management, Amy specializes in designing scalable hiring systems, optimizing recruitment processes, and delivering high-volume hiring programs across complex, multi-location environments.
Her work focuses on aligning recruiting operations with business goals, ensuring organizations can attract, hire, and retain talent while maintaining operational consistency and efficiency.
Prior to joining Iron Drake Human Capital Group, Amy held senior talent operations and recruiting roles supporting enterprise hiring programs across dozens of locations and large-scale workforce initiatives.
She has led recruitment operations supporting hundreds of hires per month while driving significant improvements in hiring efficiency, including reducing time-to-offer timelines and lowering cost per applicant through process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Iowa and has completed an AI Certification for HR and Talent Acquisition, equipping her with advanced knowledge in AI-enabled sourcing, workflow automation, and modern recruitment technologies.

In addition to her client success responsibilities, Christina oversees learning and workforce development initiatives, helping organizations build stronger talent pipelines through early-career programs, campus partnerships, and training initiatives.
